Things to look for include, access forms, filing claims, checking claim status, finding benefit and eligibility information, etc. Do they supply information on specific policy coverage details? Is there a broker/consultant section? This area is specific to employers stating how their sales team is paid and how that would affect the enrolling company. Is there an online quote form to get the ball rolling on rates and various quotes?
